This package includes 2 hours on location (3) looks max You receive all images from your session with your top 21 edited and retouched digital images for you to share with friends and family members. If you would like us to submit your photos to (Save the Date) please let us know before booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Rescheduling requests must be made via email, within 48hrs of the appointment date and time. Any cancellation made less than 48hrs will NOT be eligible for a refund. Any requests for rescheduling in less than 48hrs will incur a rescheduling fee of $100. *Photos taken by WilsonPhotos may be used in the company's work portfolio, displayed on our website, or used for online/social media marketing. *There will be no refund of payments once photos chosen by you the customer are released to you. Body manipulation is an extra charge of $15.00 example (fatten tummy, bring in arms bring in thighs etc) ACCEPTING THIS INVOICE IS AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT YOU ACCEPT THE AFOREMENTIONED TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Thank you for choosing WilsonPhotos. PLEASE READ all notes and terms attached. A deposit of 50% is required to secure your appointment. The balance must be paid after reviewing the images. *Image choices will not be released until all fees are paid. *Additional edits can be purchased at a rate of $25.00 per image. Disclaimer: No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the activity on the day and at the time listed when the booking was made. Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; WP has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the photo and then WP sent the buyer the correct photograph) it is then considered non-refundable. If a buyer has selected and purchased an incorrect photo, he/she must notify WP, before receiving the “incorrect” photograph. Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo”, selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photograph or any other reason. If a mistaken photo is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice,WP will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge.
